Yellow and white bicolor
Blunt-ended ended 7 1/2- to 8-in. ears
Creamy and firm old-fashioned texture
Deep kernels
Perfect for canning and freezing
A longtime favorite sweet corn, Honey and Cream Hybrid combines the creaminess of white corn and the sweet goodness of yellow with a firm, old-fashioned texture. This bicolor is also so attractive sitting on a platter during summer picnics as well as when frozen and canned. The blunt-tipped, 7 1/2 -8 in. ears are filled with broad, deep kernels that you can really sink your teeth into. An (su) variety, Honey and Cream exhibits vigorous germination and is easy to grow. Because its sugars convert to starches quickly, we recommend eating or processing it shortly after harvest. When planting, isolate Honey and Cream from (sh2) sweet corn varieties. 84 DAYS.
